Contract Companion is operated by HKConsulting. We want you to be happy with your subscription.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid Contract Companion subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or of any subsequent renewal charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders.

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@contractcompanion.org with your order reference and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing page or via the Paddle customer portal. If you cancel outside the 30-day refund window, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period and are not billed again.
